1. Scope of Terms

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of digital and/or printed photographs from the Owen Damato Photography website (www.owendamatophotography.com).
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All images remain the intellectual property of Owen Damato Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT (if applicable).

• Payments are processed securely via [Stripe / PayPal / Other Gateway].

• Full payment is required at checkout.

• Owen Damato Photography reserves the right to change prices at any time.
  

4. Delivery

• Digital downloads are delivered via email or account login immediately after successful payment.
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• Digital images are non-refundable due to the nature of the product (per EU Directive 2019/770).

6. Licensing

Purchasing a digital image grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license as defined in the Digital Image License section below.

7. Privacy

All customer data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will never be sold or shared without consent.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

Any dispute arising under these terms will be governed by the laws of Malta, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
