Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image(s) for personal use only, including but not limited to:

• Display on personal devices or social media (with credit: @owendamatophotography)

• Personal printing for home or gifting purposes

• Use in private albums or digital slideshows
  

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the images for commercial purposes (e.g., advertisements, marketing, resale)

• Modify or create derivative works without permission

• Remove watermarks (if present on sample images)

• Share high-resolution downloads with third parties

• Claim the image as your own or alter metadata
  

3. Copyright

All images remain the sole property of Owen Damato Photography, who retains full copyright under the Copyright Act (Cap. 415 of the Laws of Malta) and EU copyright legislation.

4. Commercial Licensing

For businesses, media outlets, or event organizers seeking to use images for commercial or editorial purposes, a custom licensing agreement must be signed. Contact info@owendamatophotography.com for pricing.

5. Breach of Terms

Any unauthorized use will constitute a breach of copyright and may result in legal action under Maltese and EU law.
